We cordially invite you to a meeting for property owners and individuals interested in the development of areas around the planned PKM Południe line, which will take place:
June 30, 2026 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM NOMUS – New Art Museum in Gdańsk ul. Jaracza 14
During the meeting, we will present the preliminary urban concept being prepared as part of the Masterplan Gdańsk Nowe Południe project, covering approximately 164 hectares of land located along the planned PKM Południe line. We will present the proposed directions for the area's development, including development opportunities for both public and private land. We would also like to hear your opinions, expectations, and perspectives regarding the future of this area.
Masterplan Gdańsk Nowe Południe is being created as part of a partnership between the City of Gdańsk and the Pomeranian Voivodeship Self-Government, implemented by InvestGDA and the Pomeranian Development Agency. The concept development is the responsibility of KCAP (Rotterdam) and A2P2 architecture & planning (Gdańsk).
The meeting will be an opportunity to discuss the future of the areas around PKM Południe and to exchange information between property owners, designers, and institutions involved in the project's implementation.
